About The Club
Our Squash Club (the oldest in the Dunfermline area) was formed in 1967 and moved to our present facility at McKane Park in 1971. Two courts are available for use by our members for squash or racketball. We have a third member bookable court for table-tennis and it is also home to our gym equipment. The courts were recently refurbished in 2020 with new floors laid and walls cleaned.
Members receive a key fob to the club to allow entry to the facility.
Guests are welcome to play in the club with existing club members. A small charge of £5.00 (cash payment) per guest per session is made.
Membership
The membership fees shown below are “all in”. No further payment for lighting or heating is made by the club. Membership of the squash club confers access to our court three gym and table tennis along with membership and access to the Dunfermline Sports Club lounge as a member benefit.
The annual subscription year runs from October to September with year one subscriptions pro-rated to the date of joining. If a member chooses to pay annually and does not want to pro-rate year one then they will be billed annually on the anniversary of their payment date. Monthly payments are made using direct debits and the “GoCardless” system for collection. Collection of fees by direct debit is normally on or around the 15 th of each month (i.e. 12 payments).
Three-month trial memberships are available.

Club Nights and Tournaments
There are two club nights on Sunday and Tuesday, both running from 7.00 – 9.00 pm. These club nights are a great opportunity to play against other members of varying standards and are designed to both improve standards of play but as social events for club members. First night for non-members is free to allow them to decide whether or not to join the club.
The club runs a club championship tournament in the summer of each year alongside a plate
tournament and senior plate championship. Ad-hoc handicap tournaments are also a regular
feature of club life, most notably a festive handicap running between Christmas and new year.
The club has a member ladder and club mini-leagues (box leagues) for those members who would prefer a more competitive squash experience.
